March 20, 2015
Rounds two and three of the NCAA Men's tournament wouldn't disappoint. The first matchup pitted the number 13 seeded Valparaiso against the number 4 seeded Maryland was a great matchup. The first half was incredibly close, as the Terrapins lead by 4 at the half. Walker had a three pointer for Valparaiso to bring them within one point, but that was as close as they would come. It never got out of hand, and it did get back within one point, but the leader never changed again. In the second matchup, which was the number 5 seeded West Virginia vs the number 12 seeded Buffalo was a very similar matchup. The higher seeded team would be the victor, and there wasn't much drama. Mankin, for Buffalo, only had two points in the entire game. That would be the story of this one. West Virginia led the game by 10 at halftime. Jonathan Holton had a great block, although it was his only of the contest.
