Auburn Tigers vs. North Alabama Lions Recap
January 3, 2015
The Tigers were set with a tough match going against the Alabama Lions, but some unique strategies kept the Tigers fresh and ready to pounce. After a close first half, with only a two point lead over the Lions, the Tigers made full use of timeouts and lineup changes to get energized players like KT Harrell, who scored 23 points in the game for the Tigers, into the game and out at the first sign of despair. A wise strategy given that the Tigers will face off against a number of tough teams on the road within the month. Ultimately, Auburn pulls farther away from North Alabama and continuously increases its lead, culminating in a 21 point deficit. Cinmeon Bowers puts in a sloppier shot effort and misses seven shots throughout the game.
