Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets Recap

The Buffalo Bills were able to overcome a rough practice week to destroy the Jets at Ford Field. The game was forced to be moved from Ralph Wilson Stadium as Buffalo was hit with over 7 feet of snow and was not deemed fit for a game. In a game that was never close, Kyle Orton was able to throw for two touchdowns, one of which was of the highlight reel to Scott Chandler. Robert Woods was the break out performer of the week, catching 9 balls for 118 yards and a nice touchdown. Making his return for the Bills was the captain Freddy Jackson, who was able to rush for a touchdown in his return. As for the Jets, they once again benched their starting QB, as Geno Smith played most of the fourth quarter over current starter Mike Vick.

New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Recap

On Sunday November 9th red hot Pittsburgh Steelers traveled to New York to take on the Jets who have been playing like one of the worst teams in the league. That wasn't the case on this day as the Jets took total control early. Michael Vick found TJ Graham for a 67 yard touchdown pass late in the first quarter to make it 10-0 Jets. 3 minutes later he found Jace Amaro for a 5 yard TD pass and the Jets had a 17-0 lead after the first quarter. The only score in the 2nd quarter was a field goal by the Steelers in the closing seconds and the Jets brought a 17-3 lead into halftime.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. New York Jets Recap

Michael Vick took over for Geno Smith as starting quarterback for the struggling New York Jets, as coach Rex Ryan hoped it would spark the team. Results were certainly mixed as Vick had his highs and lows throughout the contest. On the other side, Alex Smith remained steady as he led the Chiefs in this battle of AFC teams. He had an early touchdown on a crazy batted ball to Anthony Fasano, while Jamaal Charles turned in a strong game on the ground, including an early touchdown in the first quarter. Charles would continue to dominate on the ground and in the short passing game, just as he has all season when healthy.
