New Orleans Saints vs. San Francisco 49ers Recap
November 9, 2014
The New Orleans Saints took on the San Francisco 49ers in a battle between NFC upstarts on Sunday. Both teams came in with .500 records and were looking to ascend in the NFC standings. Drew Brees and Colin Kaepernick battled through the air, and Mark Ingram was the clear standout on the ground, maintaining his torrid pace this season with another 100 yard performance. It was an awesome display of offensive fire power. This game came right down to the wire, and an offensive pass interference call on Jimmy Graham with no time remaining sent the game into overtime. This was after Kaepernick found Michael Crabtree for a long completion on 4th down with under two minutes remaining. Both teams possessed the ball in overtime and it came down to a last second kick.
