NFC Championship Game: Carolina Panthers vs. TBD (If Necessary) Recap
January 18, 2015
The 2015 NFC championship was played on a rainy day between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks. During the first half of the game, there were multiple turnovers by Seattle which gave Green Bay ample opportunities to score. Unfortunately for Green Bay, they only got field goals on most of those turnovers which kept the score down. The game was in the third quarter and everyone thought each teams fate was all but sealed. Greenbay was up by 17 points. Seattle came back with 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter with a faked FG, and an onside kick. Once the game was tied and it went into overtime, Seattle got the ball first after winning the coin toss. Russell Wilson threw a pass to Jermaine Kearse ending the game with Seattle winning. One of the greatest comebacks ever!
