Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings Recap

On Sunday November 16th the Chicago Bears who have been embarrassingly blown out in their last two performances hosted their division rival Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings struck first with a field goal and then a 7 yard pass from Teddy Bridgewater to Rhett Ellison for the score and at 10-0 Minnesota the home fans were getting restless. In the 2nd quarter Jay Cutler was able to hook up with both of his favorite targets first hitting Alshon Jeffery for a 27 yard score and then Brandon Marshall for a 44 yarder. He also found Marshall for a short touchdown in the 4th quarter.

Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears Recap

On Sunday November 9th the struggling Chicago Bears traveled to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night football, unfortunately their defense didn't show up for the game. The Packers scored 6 first half touchdowns to take a 42-0 lead into the 2nd half. Aaron Rodgers was 18-27 for 315 yards and 6 touchdowns while throwing no interceptions. Rodgers was never sacked on the night. Jay cutler was 22/37 for 272 yards with a touchdown and 2 interceptions. Jordy Nelson had the big game receiving with 152 yards on 6 catches 2 of which were for scores.

New England Patriots vs. Chicago Bears Recap

New England Patriots went in to the lead in the first quarter through a touchdown by Rob Gronkowski and went in to the second quarter with that seven point lead. The second quarter was completely dominated by Patriots with 4 touch downs and a field goal. Tim Wright, Rob Gronkowski, Brandon Lafell and Rob Ninkovich completed the 4 touchdowns and Stephen Gotskowski scored a field goal for Patriots. Matt Forte opened the scoring for Chicago Bears through a touchdown in the second quarter. In the third quarter Rob Gronkowski had his third touchdown for patriots while Martellus Bennett responded with a touchdown for Chicago. In the final quarter Stephen Gotskowski scored two more field goals to complete a commanding win for Patriots.
