NCAA Baseball Louisville Regionals: Bradley Braves vs. Michigan Wolverines Recap

Michigan starter Matt Ogden pitched into the seventh and was backed by a ten-run offensive outburst as the Wolverines beat Bradley in the first game of the NCAA regional at Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ogden (5-1) allowed only a run on five hits in 6.2 innings and was backed by his batterymate Kendall Patrick's two home runs and five RBI. Patrick, who entered the game hitting .242, also had a double and scored three times. Cody Bruder scored three runs as well for the Wolverines, and Johnny Slater also had three hits. Bradley's Drew Carlile hit a three-run homer in the loss. Michigan will face top-seeded LSU Saturday afternoon.
