Game between Bowling Green Falcons vs. Ohio State Buckeyes started slow and in the 18th minute Mark Cooper scored a goal for Bowling Green Falcons and they scored another in the 17th minute and the lucky shooter was Matt Pohlkamp. Second half stated intense but there was no action and goals but both teams focused on defense strategy and attack blocking.Third half started slow but there were a lot of empty shooting and little roughness,teams again concentrated on defense and blocking and there were no goals again.The first two goals brought Bowling Green Falcons won,and the result ended 2:0. Ohio State Buckeyes better luck next time.

On October 09, 2015, there was an epic battle between Ohio State Buckeyes Hockey and Bowling Green Falcons in which the Falcons came out on top . It was already a problematic day due to the stormy weather--the players and their fans were forced to relocate indoors for the game as the stadium stood empty outdoors. The Falcons most valuable player did a pass that turned out to be climactic moment for the team. He and his teammates worked very hard that day for the epic outcome. What does the future hold for theses two teams? One can only keep watching to find out.

Bowling Green managed to rack up 557 yards against Tennessee's defense, but the Falcons' defense had no answers for the Volunteers offense as Tennessee scored 59 points in a season-opening win at Nissan Stadium. The 25th-ranked Volunteers relied on their potent rushing attack all game long. Alvin Kamara ran for 144 yards and two Tennessee touchdowns, Jalen Hurd ran for 123 yards and three touchdowns, and Joshua Dobbs ran for 96 yards and one score. Dobbs also passed for 205 yards and two touchdowns. Bowling Green stayed in the game through the third quarter thanks to quarterback Matt Johnson's 424 passing yards, but the Falcons defense produced no turnovers and forced only three punts.
