Fifth-ranked Clemson stayed undefeated with a win over Boston College at Memorial Stadium. Clemson's Deshaun Watson had his best game of the season as he completed 27-of-41 passes for 420 yards and three touchdowns. Watson also rushed for 32 yards and another score. Clemson receiver Artavis Scott caught 10 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. The Eagles didn't commit a turnover, but quarterback Jeff Smith struggled mightily to find holes in the Tigers's secondary. Smith finished just 7-of-22 for 87 yards and one touchdown. The Eagles' Myles Willis gained 88 yards on 15 carries. Clemson improved to 6-0 while Boston College fell to 3-4.
Boston College Eagles vs. Wisconsin Badgers Recap

Boston College wasted no time getting on the board Friday night, scoring the first goal of the game just twelve seconds into the first period. The Eagles never looked back, as the Wisconsin Badgers found themselves playing from behind for the rest of the game. By the end of the second period, Boston College built a comfortable 5-0 lead. Austin Cangelosi and Colin White each finished with two goals for the Eagles. Wisconsin was unable to connect on any power play opportunities (0-for-4). The Badgers' goalie, Thatcher Demko, finished with 20 saves. Wisconsin's starting goaltender Adam Miller was pulled from the game after giving up two early goals. His replacement, freshman Matt Jurusik, entered the game in the first period but was unable to slow down the onslaught by Boston College.

Boston College Eagles Vs. Florida State Seminoles Recap

On a night when Florida State's offense produced only one touchdown, the Seminoles' defense led the way in a victory over Boston College. Florida State's defense gave up only 195 yards and forced two turnovers including the game's biggest play, Jalen Ramsey's 36-yard fumble return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter. The Seminoles produced just 217 yards of offense on their own, and each team was forced to punt seven times in the game. Florida State's Everett Golson completed 15-of-24 passes for 119 yards and a touchdown on a first-quarter pass to Travis Rudolph. Boston College completed only five passes for the night and gained just 56 yards in the air.
